DISTANT SALES CONTRACT - MESAFELİ SATIŞ SÖZLEŞMESİ

1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the following parties under the following terms and conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a period of time are valid until the end of the specified period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he / she has read the preliminary information about the basic qualities, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website of the SELLER and that he / she has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Period
Each product subject to the contract is delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's settlement, provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the distance contract is for the sale of goods, the BUYER may use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any justification, provided that the SELLER notifies the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to him or the person / organization at the address indicated.

11. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products prepared in line with the BUYER's request or explicitly personal needs, such as underwear bottom parts, make-up materials, disposable products are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if he/she defaults in the event that he/she makes payment transactions by credit card, he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be liable to the bank.

13. AUTHORIZED COURT
In case of disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer problems arbitration committee or consumer court in the place where the consumer is located or where the consumer transaction is made.

14. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when he/she makes the payment for the order placed through the Site.
